The hypocrite Elon Musk, who has positioned himself as a saviour of the climate in the past and earned hundreds of millions as a result, is now sponsoring Nigel Farage, who wants to “overturn” the British government’s climate goals.

This is not surprising, as Elon Musk has also sponsored Donald Trump, who also acts as a basher of climate caring people with hundreds of millions of US dollars.

Of course, not everyone has to support the goals of those who want to save the climate with tough measures, but the fact that Musk, who in the past liked to be celebrated as a savior of the climate, has now supported Donald Trump with hundreds of millions of US dollars and apparently wants to support Nigel Farage with $100 million, shows that Elon Musk only cares about his own advantages and not about the climate, morality or ethics.

Nigel Farage is considered the father of Brexit, i.e. Britain’s exit from the EU. The chairman of the populist party Reform UK now says he is in “ongoing negotiations” with Tesla boss Elon Musk about a political donation.

Farage wrote in an op-ed for the “Telegraph” alongside his party’s new treasurer, property magnate Nick Candy, that Musk had “left no doubt that he stands behind us”. “Money issues were discussed”.

Musk has increasingly signalled his support for Reform UK, whose policies include drastically reducing immigration, cutting taxes and moving away from net-zero climate policies.

The Telegraph reported that Musk is considering donating up to $100 million to Reform. Such a donation would be the largest ever made to a political party in the UK.

After their meeting at Mar-a-Lago, Farage said on Musk’s X platform, “Britain Needs Reform.” Musk responded to the post with, “Absolutely.”
